A Venture of Hanu Reddy Realty

SPP Gardens is a 14 acre Outdoor Venue, located in Chennai. This venue is a passion project of the principals of Hanu Reddy Realty who revitalized this property which was originally used for manufacturing bricks in the 60’s and 70’s. Developed for over 30 years into the beautiful green paradise that it is today, the owners wanted to extend its beauty to the public to celebrate with their loved ones in a unique natural environment that was unlike any event space in the densely populated metropolis of Chennai.

Our USPs include our green, natural environment, the variety of landscaping features, vastness of our spaces and world class ancillary facilities . We strive to accommodate all the unique needs and requirements of our clients to make their dream event a reality.
